The Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF), established in 1972 by the Government of India (Ministry of Culture), is the nodal agency for supporting and coordinating public library services and systems across India. Named after the reformer Raja Rammohun Roy (1772–1833), the Foundation works to modernize libraries, promote reading, and ensure equitable access to information.
